How to find B2B customers

Find the businesses you can sell to, and write to them.

Finding a list of businesses, collecting their addresses and writing to each takes days. adall listens to whom you want to reach, searches for those businesses in the country you choose, writes the introduction and tailors it to each one. With your approval it sends from your own domain.

01 / Why it matters

Cold lists, copy-paste emails

Bought lists are stale, the same text sent to everyone goes unread and harms the sender's reputation. You need the right businesses, the right language and a slow, steady start. adall does all three and leaves the last word to you at every step.

02 / How it works

How it works

  1. Step 1

Say whom you want to reach

A few sentences and a country are enough. Leave it empty and adall studies your site and customers and suggests a search.

  2. Step 2

    Check the search plan

adall shows what it will search for, in which country and how many businesses. Correct it, approve it or drop it.

  3. Step 3

    Read the email

When the search ends adall writes one introduction and tailors it to each business. Edit what you like, leave out whom you like.

  4. Step 4

    Approve and send

Emails go from your domain, at most one a minute and within a daily limit. Opens and clicks show in the panel.

03 / What you get

What you get

  • In the country you choose, in its language

The search runs on that country's Google, in the language its businesses use; the email is written in that language too.

  • The last word on every email

Approve one by one, send one now or leave one out. In full management adall carries on after you approve the first emails.

  • Your address is protected

A new sender warms up step by step; if bounces or complaints rise, sending stops on its own.

  • Businesses only

The search finds businesses only; every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and whoever leaves never hears from you again.

04 / Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Whose address do the emails come from?

Your own domain, e.g. partner@yoursite.com. During setup adall shows the DNS records to add and checks them itself.

Can I email private individuals too?

No. Emailing people who have not agreed to it is not lawful, so adall only searches for businesses.

Which countries can it search in?

89 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Americas. You choose the country, or adall suggests one from your goal.

Is it in my package?

Reaching businesses is an add-on for any package, in tiers by businesses a month. Current options are shown in the panel under Settings › Outreach.
