Cookie Policy
This page explains which cookies the adall.io site and the adall panel use, and why.
Necessary cookies (no consent needed)
Without these you cannot sign in and the panel does not work. They serve no advertising or tracking purpose.
- adall_session: keeps your session secure. Deleted when you sign out or the session expires.
- adall_ws, adall_brand: remember which workspace and which site you are in.
- adall_vid: an anonymous visit id that links the steps from the price list to payment (adall's own measurement). It holds no personal data or advertising id and is never sent to ad platforms.
- adall_us_address: for payers in the USA, the state and ZIP code of the billing address, until the payment step.
- Panel preferences (for example which introductions you have seen, the state of the chat window): small preferences kept only in your own browser.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: bot protection on the sign-up form.
Optional cookies (with your consent)
- Google Analytics: visit statistics for the adall.io site. It loads only if you agree in the cookie banner; if you do not, Google receives a "denied" signal (Consent Mode v2) and no cookie is set.
- The adall.io site uses no advertising or retargeting cookies.
Managing your consent
- Consent is recorded with Veribenim cookie management; you can change or withdraw it at any time from the cookie settings at the bottom of the site.
- You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if necessary cookies are blocked you cannot sign in to the panel.
Mobile app
The mobile app uses no cookies. What it collects is described in the Privacy Policy.
Measurement on your own site
The sales measurement code you add to your site from adall and the ad platforms' tags fall under your own site's cookie policy; collecting your visitors' consent is your responsibility. adall never sends the data of people who did not consent to ad platforms.
