How to split a Google Ads budget between campaigns

Your limit isn't piled on one campaign. It goes where it works.

With several campaigns, how much each gets is a decision in itself. adall shares your daily limit between your campaigns, gives the ones that do well more over time, and always keeps the total within your limit.

01 / Why it matters

Why splitting evenly isn't enough

Splitting a budget evenly looks fair but isn't efficient: one campaign runs out every day while bringing sales, while another can't spend its share. Adjusting by hand means looking at the numbers every week. adall does it continuously within your limit and records every change.

02 / How it works

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Enter your daily limit

The limit is the total of all campaigns. For a first campaign, adall suggests at most a third of it.

  2. Step 2

    See the split

In Settings you see how the limit is spread over campaigns and each campaign's daily budget.

  3. Step 3

    adall adjusts

In semi or full management adall shifts budgets based on results; in other modes it writes this as a suggestion.

03 / What you get

What you get

  • Always within your limit

No shift can take the total above your daily limit.

  • Change it yourself

Adjust any campaign's budget yourself at any time with Change the budget.

  • Careful with thin data

No big decisions are made for campaigns without enough data; the panel marks thin data separately.

  • Reversible

Every budget change is recorded and undone in one click.

04 / Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I turn budget allocation off?

Yes. In Only suggest or small-fixes mode adall doesn't shift budgets by itself; it only writes suggestions.

How much budget does a new campaign get?

Because the daily limit is the total of all campaigns, adall suggests at most a third of it for a new campaign. You can change the amount.

What does it base decisions on?

Spend and sales. Code calculates the numbers; the model only interprets them and writes the reason for every decision.

How do I try a change I'm unsure about?

With an A/B test. The change is tried on part of the traffic first, and you're told if the difference is real.
