Data Processing Agreement

This agreement between Pariette Inc (Adall) and the workspace owner covers the data Adall processes on your behalf. A workspace owner accepts it on the workspace's behalf.

1. Roles. For data from your ad accounts and your site (orders, hashed customer identifiers, campaign data) you are the controller and Adall is the processor.
2. Instructions. Adall processes the data only to provide the service and as your settings say; it does not sell it, use it for other purposes or train models on it.
3. Security. Platform access tokens are kept in an encrypted vault; access is logged; workspaces are isolated from each other.
4. Sub-processors. Hosting, object storage, e-mail and model providers; the current list is available on request and changes are announced in advance.
5. Support access. Adall support can look at your data only through a time-limited, read-only view with a stated reason; every access appears in your activity log.
6. Deletion and return. Your data can always be exported; when a workspace is closed it is deleted from every store after the waiting period and a deletion receipt is kept.
7. Breach notice. When we learn of a security breach affecting your data we notify you without undue delay.
