Adall Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone who uses Adall, a service operated by Pariette Inc. When the published version changes you will be asked to accept again.

  1. Service. Adall reads the ad accounts you connect through the platforms' official APIs, reports on them, makes recommendations, and changes things only within the permissions and limits you set.
  2. Your account. You are responsible for keeping your account and the platform access you connect secure. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
  3. Limits and liability. You set the spend caps and how much Adall may do on its own; Adall enforces those limits in code, shows you every change it makes and keeps it reversible. Adall is not liable for outcomes caused by the ad platforms' own decisions, delays or outages. Adall's total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid Adall in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim; wilful misconduct and gross negligence are excluded from this limit.
  4. Charges. For paid plans, the trial, renewal and step-by-step restriction after a missed payment are explained on the billing page.
  5. Data. How your data is processed is described in the Privacy Notice and the Data Processing Agreement. You can always export your data and close your workspace.
  6. Termination. You can close your account at any time. Accounts that seriously breach these terms may be suspended.
  7. Contact. Questions: tech@adall.io.
